Burglary at our community

We would like to bring to your attention that there has been 2 house burglary this month (April) within the span of less than 14 days apart.

This incident happened during daytime while the residents of the house was away.
Police report was lodged by resident, investigation completed suspect will be charged.

This incident also happened during day time.
Police report was lodged by resident,investigation underway.

In view of the recent increased of daytime house burglary,the KRT Committee members planned to tightened the security at point of entrance (guard house). We are waiting for approval from relevant authorities to proceed with the implementation.

Proposed

1.       All vehicles without Stickers Pass issued by security office will need to registered with our security office and surrender their I/C or driver's license (with photo) before entry is allowed and document will be returned upon exit.

1.1.    All Residents' vehicles without Stickers Pass issued by security office must register their vehicles with our KRT Secretary.

2.       Card Entry barrier gate system will be implemented if sufficient funds available

3.       All Kindergarden/Tadika/Day Care Centre staffs and visitors whom are non-residents of our community must registered with KRT Secretary and a Restricted Sticker Pass will be issued. This Pass is valid easy entry from 7am till 7pm on weekdays.

3.1.    Outside stipulated time Restricted Sticker Pass holders will need to register with the security office by surrender their I/C or driver’s license (with photo) before entry is allowed and document will be returned upon exit.

4.       Any incident arise in event of non-cooperation, the security office will make report to nearest Police Station.

5.       All residents’ visitors/guests/staffs must register with our security office and surrender their I/C or driver's license (with photo) before entry is allowed and document will be returned upon exit.

For the Security and Safety of our Community , KRT Committee must take to task of enforcing stricter regulation.
