In the wakes of sudden break-in occurred in our Taman, this meeting was called to address security issues in our Taman.

The meeting was attended by 5 committee members,Daljeet (Director of Amourguard),Jason Beh (Operations Manager of Amourguard) Sandeep (Supervisor of Amourguard)

Policies discussed & agreed upon by all Committee Members present.

Policies / Procedures	Implementation
Our KRT to issue Standard Operations Procedures with power of Authority pertaining to security issues.All Security power of Kawasan Rukun Tetangga as govern by Essential (Rukun Tetangga) Regulation 1975 (P.U (A) 279/75).	Immediate
All renovation contractors MUST register all their workers name,ID,vehicles entering our Taman. Failing which they will not be ALLOW entry	Immediate
All Taxi/Limo entering will only ALLOWED entry after our security guards call the residents to confirm.	Upon documentations ready
Sirens to be installed in our Guard house for emergency cases if our security guards are threatened by intruders or our Residents. Update 1st June 2012~ Done on 16th May  Guard House Upgrade	ASAP
Restricted Security Pass to be implemented. This pass is to issued to vehicles coming to sent/pick up childrens from Kindergarden/Taska. They need to register with our KRT Secretary. This Pass is valid from 7am to 7pm Monday to Fridays only. Update 1st June 2012~ Implemented  Restricted Security Pass	Upon documentations ready
Fixed Phone line will be installed at our Guard House to unable Residents to call in case of emergency and report any suspicious person/s or activity	ASAP
Installation of card entry system ASAP . This was approved in our last Committee meeting. (Quotations and specifications are being evaluated currently)	On implementation
ALL THREATS BY ANY RESIDENTS TO OUR SECURITY GUARDS OR COMMITTEE MEMBERS WILL BE REPORTED TO THE POLICE WITHOUT LENIENCY	Immediate
