TAMAN PUTRA PRIMA PHASE 2A

Our Community consist of 3 roads namely Jln PP 1/2, Jln PP 1/3 & Jln PP 1/4.Lingkaran Putra Prima a road which  run parallel with Jln PP 1/2. We are a gated community with a single entry point.

We have a total of 247 double-storey terrace houses with 2 special lot that have 2 lot numbers to a house. They are no 1 + 3 & 51 + 53 situated at both ends of Jln PP 1/4 back facing our community Playground. 

• Jln PP 1/2 has a single row of houses with odd numbering from 1 to 197 (99 units)
• Jln PP 1/3 even numbers row houses from 2 to 168 (84 units)
• Jln PP 1/3 odd numbers row ouses from 1 to 149 (75 units)
• Jln PP 1/4 even numbers row houses from 2 to 128 (64 units)
• Jln PP 1/4 odd numbers row houses from 1+3 to 51+53 (25 units) ~ only both ends houses are double lot units

Phase 2A have 3 TNB Sub-stations located at both ends of Jln PP 1/3 & middle of Jln PP 1/4

OUR SECURITY

We have our very own Kawasan Rukun Tetangga Committee to safe guard the security of this community The KRT with a task to organize activities of social gatherings and events to promote UNITY and HARMONY in our neighbouhood. Taman Putra Prima Phase 2A is the only Phase with a KRT in whole of Taman Putra Prima housing area.

Our security comprises of 2 static guards on duty 24/7 and a supervisor at all time.They are on patrol rounds at scheduled times day & night around the whole gated community.

SMS for Complaints on Refuse
MPSepang has provided a special short message service (SMS) channel to receive complaints related to refuse in the MPSepang administration area. The procedures for registration and use of SMS are as follows : 1.  Type mpsepang daftar and send to 15888. 2.  Type mpsepang sampah and send to 15888. The length for your complaints is only 130 characters. (After the registration is successful)

Our Playround is located behind Jln PP 1/4 with a walkway each situated beside house No 1+3 & No 51+53. Our playground is not just any fields with a couple of seats only.

OUR COMMUNITY HALL (SITE)

This fenced area is gazetted for future development of our community hall. Efforts have been put into getting allocation funds from MP Sepang by former KRT Committee Members to build the hall. Current Committee will strive to get this project through at every effort and commitment. This area is located within the Playground.
