To all RESIDENTS
We are currently doing some upgrading work on our Security GUARDHOUSE. Please bear with us for any inconvenience caused during WORK PROGRESS. Work is expected to complete in 2 weeks time. As it is done on "GOTONG-ROYONG" basis by our Committee Members,thus work may extend beyond the stipulated time.

Kami sedang melakukan kerja-kerja menaik taraf di PONDOK PENGAWAL KESELAMATAN kami. Sila menanggung dengan kami bagi sebarang kesulitan yang ada semasa KEMAJUAN KERJA. Kerja dijangka siap dalam masa 2 minggu. Kerana ia dilakukan secara "gotong-royong" oleh Ahli Jawatankuasa kami, dengan kerja mungkin melampaui masa yang ditetapkan.

நாம் தற்போது நமது பாதுகாப்பு GUARDHOUSE சில மேம்படுத்தும் வேலையை செய்கிறாய். வேலை செயலில் போது ஏற்பட்ட சிரமத்திற்கு எங்களுக்கு தயவு செய்து பொறுத்து கொள்ளவும். வேலை 2 வாரங்களுக்கு நேரத்தில் முடிக்க எதிர்பார்க்கப்படுகிறது. அது எங்கள் குழு உறுப்பினர்கள் "GOTONG-ROYONG" அடிப்படையில் செய்யப்படும் என, இதனால் வேலை வழங்கவேண்டுமென்று ஒப்புதலும் நேரம் அப்பால் இருக்கலாம். Addition of CCTV cameras (2 units)
~Previously our guard house CCTV have only 2 camera, during Police personal viewing the CCTV, we found its difficult to view the vehicle regitration plate and visitors faces captured is blur.We added 2 more new ones of higher resolution for clearer view during playback.

Awnings
~Previously they use blinds to block rain and sunlight,this will reduce their vision of vehicles approaching.
Siren (2 units) and alarm
~The purpose of this installation is for our Security guards usage in case of emergency & in danger of being attacked. (There was a case in another phase of Tmn Putra Prima, where a security guard was slashed on the head.)

Lighting
~Reposition of the florescent lamp (reflector) in front of guardhouse have the same lighting effect of our spotlight thus making the spotlight redundant.
~Install double florescent lamp at right side of guardhouse and in guard area.
~Install single florescent lamp at left side of guardhouse and back of guardhouse....
Now our guardhouse lights up like a Stadium at night. Bright and visible.
