4th Burglary in April 2012

30th April 2012
Terence Choong

This is the 4th incident in Month of April 2012.

A rough account of the event. At around 2.30 pm I received a call from Daljeet (Armourguard, our Security service provided), that Sundeep (Security guard supervisor) found a break-in with the suspect in the house. As I rushed over there, I was informed of the incident. Sundeep & another guard at the front of the house and a Good Samaritan who is a resident near there guarding the back of the house. We made a called to informed the Police, a police personnel arrived with 10mins. Followed by Daljeet & Jagjeet (Armourguard).

The suspect managed to escape by back door of the house, we assume he (a Chinese man) left during Sundeep calling for backup.

Sundeep's report to us

As he was doing his patrolling he notice the car which suppose to be visitor of a Resident parked outside of the victim's house. He saw the main gate, front grille & wooden door open. As he approached the main door he saw the man from the car inside and shouted why was he there and seeing Sundeep the man close the wooden door. After a few shouts asking the man to come out of the house,he called for backup and inform his boss.

The suspect car was not registered with our security because around March or April 2011, the suspect was refused entry for not registering with our guards but later did reluctantly. An hour or so the suspect came out following the resident who the suspect said to be visiting. The resident threatened Sundeep with a stick or baton and inform him NOT TO ask his Visitors to register.

The incident
The Police on site found the suspect's car with car registration altered on the roadtax. another set of car registration plates in the car boots together with contractors tools. The car was finger prints lifted and impounded by the police.

A couple resident who passed by during the police presence mention that they say saw the car park outside a resident's (the one who threatened Sundeep) often and the suspect is staying at the house. The said resident also present during the police arrival.

We hope with this case the Police will be able to solved all recent break-in. Please note certain details have been omitted for security reasons. We are in the urgency to implement all security measures as post in this blog earlier. 28th April Mesyuarat Khas
